Easter 2025 at FLYMC
A Time of Reflection, Celebration, and Community

The Easter weekend of 2025 at The Family Life Youth & Multicultural Centre (FLYMC) was a powerful celebration of faith, sacrifice, and new life. From the solemn reflection of Good Friday to the joyful anticipation leading up to Resurrection Sunday, the spirit of the season was felt throughout our entire community.
We began the weekend with a meaningful Good Friday service, where hearts were stirred and spirits lifted. The FLC Choir offered a beautiful and moving musical contribution, setting a reverent tone as we remembered the crucifixion of Christ and the hope that comes through His sacrifice.
Later that day, the atmosphere shifted to one of excitement and preparation. Our youth, Sunday School children, and ladies' ministry gathered for their final dress rehearsal, showcasing months of hard work, creativity, and commitment. The rehearsal was a testament to their dedication and love for the message they would soon present.
All of this was in anticipation of our Easter concert, scheduled for the evening of Resurrection Sunday. The community came together with one voice and one purpose to celebrate the risen Christ through music, drama, and dance. It was a weekend filled with meaning, and a powerful reminder of the life, unity, and hope we share through Him.
